SCULPT
A full body reformer class designed to tone, strengthen, and energise. Using medium springs, this class incorporates intentional movement blocks and targeted exercises to activate every major muscle group. Expect a balanced blend of challenge and flow that leaves you feeling empowered and aligned. Sculpt is suitable for all levels, and is beginner-friendly, making it a great starting point for building strength and body awareness.
CONTROL
A slow-burn, full body reformer class focused on stability, balance, and control. Using light springs, Control may feel gentle at first but don't be fooled. This class targets deep stabilising muscles through intentional, unilateral movements that challenge coordination and body awareness. Expect subtle intensity that builds from the inside out. Beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels, Control is perfect for refining technique and building a strong, steady foundation.
PEAK
Cool down and fully emerge in our Peak class. A class designed for recovery and gentle movement on the body. Muscle soreness or recovery, a guided 45 minute gentle flow to ensure you leave the studio feeling relaxed & lengthened.
